The problem is not with the feature but with the person in charge of answering the users. Several customers have complained about the late answer of the support system. I am sure this feature will be improved in no time due to its popularity and high usage.

Customers Are Expecting More Features

Although ‘Bonsai’ is a different application, several users have requested adding more tax accounting / financial analysis and banking services. They believe that this application must be designed just like a one-stop source.

Despite all the above items that must be improved, most users have shown great satisfaction with this application.
