Doable: I plan to hire two graphic designers and one web programmer to get the job done.
The goal of having a fully functional website ready for launch will be easily achieved with the help of their expertise and my own. That's why I've decided to devote 5 hours every week to updating my site.
Important: Redesigning my company's website is the first and most fundamental step toward presenting my business to the world in an outstanding light.
Time-sensitive: I have to finish the redesign of my website in three months, which amounts to about 60 hours of work.
2. Save More Money
It is my intention to put away fifteen percent of each paycheck for the next twelve months. To maximize my savings, I plan to put them into X.
I will save fifteen percent of my income, or between two hundred and three hundred dollars a month, for the next twelve months.
Progress can be tracked because 15% of my paycheck will be deposited into a separate savings account at the bank.

Specifically, I want to go grocery shopping once a week and buy X number of vegetables and fruits so that I can cut them up into daily serving sizes.
Possible: I've done it before, so if I start getting ready for the week's meals on Sunday, I can work toward my goal of making it a daily habit.
To save money in the long run, I plan to eat more fruits and vegetables (at least five servings per day).
Limiting time frame: By the end of June, it is expected that 5 servings of fruits and vegetables will be consumed daily.
5. Exercise Regularly
By July 15th, I intend to have started a routine of working out for at least 20 minutes, three times a week.
Specifically, I will work out for 20 minutes, three times a week, doing low-impact activities.
Indictable: I plan to use a fitness tracker and calendar to keep myself accountable for working out every day for 20 minutes.
Doable: I can realistically plan my workouts for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. In addition, sticking to 20 minutes will help me build intensity, give me sufficient time to reap the benefits of the cardio, and be short enough to not interfere with my other routine tasks.
Relevant: I can easily maintain a routine of working out for 20 minutes, three times a week, which will give me the amazing benefit of progressing from low-impact to high-intensity workouts.
Objective: By July 15th, I will have worked out for at least 20 minutes, three times a week.
6. Demonstrate Your Affection For Your Partner.
My plan is to be more demonstrative of my affection for my partner.
Specifically, I should show my love for my partner by helping out around the house, preparing a delicious meal, or engaging in deep conversation before retiring for the night.
Possible: I can come up with the three ways to show my love and appreciation for my partner by taking a 20-minute break on Thursday to reflect on the good times we've shared.
That which strengthens and deepens a relationship is love, and showing my partner that I feel that love through words and actions is essential.
Time-limited: I've decided to perform this lovely ritual every week, scheduling it during a 20-minute break on Thursdays.
7. Reconcile With Your Loved Ones
I intend to put in effort to grow and deepen my relationships with my loved ones.
Specifically, every week I will arrange for X number of family outings and vacations.
Measurable: I'll jot down my thoughts in a notebook and enter them into our family calendar so we can see progress over time.
It's feasible to schedule family activities, as we have monthly Taco Tuesdays and movie outings.
These trips will be crucial in strengthening the bonds between my family members and me.
Time-sensitive: By the end of this month, I want to have saved enough money for a deposit on next summer's family vacation.
8. Get Out More And Enjoy The Outdoors
My daily outdoor time aims are set at 30 minutes.
In detail: I will spend 30 minutes a day in the fresh air.
Observable I will jog for 10 minutes every day around my neighborhood and then do something else, like water the plants, stretch, or read.
Goal-oriented: I'll set an alarm to remind me to go outside for X minutes every day.
My goal is to spend 30 minutes outside, which will help me break the habit of spending all my time indoors. In addition, I could improve my health by spending more time outdoors and doing exercise.
In the interest of time, I plan to begin tomorrow and make it a regular practice by the end of the year.
9. Raise Awareness
I intend to read a book every 15 days for a whole year.

Measurable: I plan to read a book in 15 days by devoting 30 minutes a day to the endeavor.
Possible: I could achieve this goal by reading for shorter periods of time in the morning or at night, when doing so would be less likely to conflict with other activities.
Important: Reading every day would help me relax, wake up my senses, broaden my horizons, and expose me to cultures and ideas that I might never encounter on my own.
Until I've read every book in my personal library, I've set a time limit of 15 days to read one book. This means I need to read for 30 minutes every day.
10. Create A Solid Pre-Workout Routine
Objective: By the end of the next six months, I will have incorporated three new, beneficial habits into my morning routine.
Exact: I will make it a regular part of my morning routine to incorporate three new, helpful habits over the course of the next six months.
Measurable: I intend to incorporate these into my morning routine as part of a wonderful, productive morning routine by setting reminders in my productivity app.
Possible: I will think about the progress of my morning routine just before bed, make a plan for the next day, and write down the advantages I've noticed. In this way, I can prepare myself to adhere to my morning ritual each and every day.
Importance: A good morning routine can set the tone for a healthy and successful day. The positive effects of this will permeate every facet of my life, both consciously and subconsciously.
